OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
STOCKTON EAST WATER DISTRICT
The Board of Directors of the Stockton East Water District will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 12:30 p.m., to consider the revised amount of the Base Monthly Payment for the period May 01, 2026 to March 31, 2027, in accordance with Section 6E of the September 25, 1987 contract among the Stockton East Water District, the California Water Service Company, the City of Stockton, the Lincoln Village Maintenance District, and the Colonial Heights Maintenance District, providing for the sale of treated water.
Said hearing will be held in the District Office at 6767 East Main Street, Stockton, California.
