NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND OF PROPOSAL FOR IMPLEMENTING SCHOOL FACILITIES FEES AS AUTHORIZED BY EDUCATION CODE SECTION S 17620 AND GOVERNMENT CODES 65995 GOVERNING BOARD OF THE SUNOL GLEN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT 11601 MAIN ST. SUNOL, CA 94586 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE of a Public Hearing on the matter of implementing school facilities fees and that immediately following the public hearing, a proposed resolution(s) will be considered by the Governing Board of Sunol Glen Unified School District at its regular meeting on Apri 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Library at the Sunol Glen School 11601 Main St. Sunol, CA 94585. The resolution(s) if adopted by the Board will implement development fees established by the District against residential construction and reconstruction at $5.38 per square foot and against new commercial or industrial construction at $0.87 per square foot. Education Code Section 17620 and Government Code Section 65995 authorize the proposed fees. The District's Developer Fee Justification Study, which includes data pertaining to the cost of school facilities, is available for inspection during regular business hours at the District's administrative offices at the Sunol Glen School. The fee, if approved by the Governing Board, will become effective on Junee 13, 2026, which is 60 days after the proposed adoption of the resolution levying such fee by the Governing Board.
