TIBURON FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that on May 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. the Board of Directors of the Tiburon Fire Protection District (“District”) will conduct a Public Hearing at the Regular meeting of the Board. In accordance with California Government Code § 3502.3 (Assembly Bill 2561), a public agency must report on the status of vacancies, recruitment and retention efforts at a Public Hearing in advance of the new Fiscal Year budget adoption. Public comments are invited. If you cannot attend the meeting, you may send a letter to the Tiburon Fire Protection District at 1679 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon, CA 94920 or you may email your comments to Nicole Chaput at nchaput@tiburonfire.gov. May 13, 2026 Agenda will be posted 72 hours in advance of the meeting at our headquarters station and on our website at tiburonfire.gov.
