JACKSON COUNCIL CHAMBER LOCATED AT 3031 TORRANCE BOULEVARD, TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA, 90503, ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS: PRE25-00009, WAV25-00006:Petition of LANE DESIGN BUILD (ROBERT B AND LAURA E JONES) for consideration of a Precise Plan of Development (PRE25-00009) to allow first and second story additions to an existing two-story single-family residence, and a new deck in the rear-yard, in conjunction with a Waiver (WAV25-00006) for both rear and side yard setback, on property located within the Hillside Overlay District (R-H) in the Single-Family Residential District (R-1) Zone at 4725 Paseo de las Tortugas.
