PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF UNION CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Union City will hold a public hearing on the following matter: 29300 Kohoutek Way #180 (APN: 483-0103-011-00) UP-25-009 Please be advised that Zhi Zhang of Zhang Kung Fu, on behalf of property owner Red Bay Investment LLC (Andy Ge) is seeking approval of a Use Permit (UP-25-009) to allow a kung fu academy within an existing vacant tenant space located at 29300 Kohoutek Way, Suite 180, Union City CA 94587 (APN: 483-0103-011-00). The subject property is located within the MS (Special Industrial) Zoning District. The proposed project involves a change of occupancy to allow operation of a fitness/recreation facility within an existing industrial building. No exterior building modifications are proposed.
