CITY OF VISALIA
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the Visalia City Council on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at the Visalia Council Chambers, 707 W. Acequia, Visalia, CA 93291 to consider the following:

First Public Hearing to adopt the Measure N 10 year plan and the budget for fiscal years 2026-27 and 2027-28.

The 10 Year plan is being adopted for 2027-2037 and this budget appropriates funding for operational and debt expenditures, capital projects and cash transfers between funds. Two Public Hearings will be held.

If you should have any questions pertaining to the public hearing or to the proposed budget amendment, please contact Renee Nagel, Finance Director, at (559) 713-4375.
