NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Vista Irrigation District will hold a public hearing in its Board Room located at 1391 Engineer Street, Vista, California, on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to receive comments on the status report regarding position vacancies and recruitment and retention efforts as required by Government Code Section 3502.3.
