NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Directors of the Vista Fire Protection District to discuss and approve a resolution entitled Resolution of the Board of Directors Vista Fire Protection District to Participate in the County of San Diego Fire Mitigation Fee Program for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 and Adopt a Capital Improvement Plan for the Use of Fire Mitigation Fee Revenue. The hearing is to be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the “Smart Space” office center 450 South Melrose Dr., Vista, CA 92081. A copy of the resolution to Participate in the County of San Diego Fire Mitigation Fee Program for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 and Adopt a Capital Improvement Plan for the Use of Fire Mitigation Fee Revenue is on file with the Clerk of the Board of Directors and is open to public inspection. The Board of Directors will accept all comments, oral and written. Written comments may be mailed or emailed to krannals@vistafpd.org .
