CITY OF WALNUT CREEK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ENERGY SERVICES CONTRACT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Walnut Creek (City) will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 for the purpose of considering a Resolution adopting the required findings pursuant to Government Code Section 4217.10, et seq. and approving three sole-source energy contracts with EcoGreen Solutions, Inc. for the design and installation of energy efficient lighting improvements for certain City owned facilities, including the Lesher Center for the Arts, Clay Arts Guild, and Walnut Creek Library, and authorizing the City Manager to execute associated PG&E on-bill loan financing agreements. Copies of the proposed Resolution and associated agenda report are available for review at Walnut Creek City Hall, 1666 N Main, Walnut Creek California.
