NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT A CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR THE YOLO COUNTY PUBLIC LAW LIBRARY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yolo County Law Library intends to adopt a conflict-of-interest code applicable to the designated officials and employees of Yolo County Law Library pursuant to provisions of the Political Reform Act of 1974 at Government Code Section 87300 et. seq. To advise and assist in that effort, the Yolo County Law Library solicits the views or comments, orally or in writing from the designated officials and employees of the agency, the residents of the County of Yolo, or other interested persons between now and April 23, 2026 at which time the Board of Trustees of the Yolo County Law Library will hold a public hearing on the matter of the adoption of such code at 204 4th Street. Suite A, Woodland, CA at the hour of 12:15 p.m. at which time all interested persons will be heard. Written communications to the Yolo County Law Library on the subject of such proposed amendment of the code should be addressed to the President of the Board. Copies of the proposed conflict of interest code is on file at the Yolo County Law Library, 204 4th Street, Suite A., Woodland, CA 95695 and is available for public inspection. Dated: April 13, 2026
