NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Yorba Linda will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda, California at a meeting on WEDNESDAY, April 29, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter to consider the following item: PUBLIC HEARING RE: TIME EXTENSION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2024-21 YEE : A request to construct a new two-story single family residence on an existing vacant lot, with a new 5,385 square foot two-story residence in addition to a total garage area of 1,010 square feet, the area of second story construction within seventy feet (70’) of another residence, for the property addressed as 16686 Malcolm Lane, south of Malcolm Lane and west of Rose Drive, within the RS (Residential Suburban) zone. (APN: 334-151-79) CEQA STATUS: Categorical Exemption (Class 3: New Construction)MEASURE B APPLICABILITY: a) Vote – No; b) Public Notice – NoTRAFFIC COMMISSION REVIEW: NoRECOMMENDATION: To adopt a resolution approving the project ALL INTERESTED PERSONS are invited to attend the Hearing and express opinions upon the item listed above.
