PUBLIC NOTICEUPPER VALLEY WASTE MANAGEMENT AGENCYNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDERproposed 2026-2027 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Directors of the Upper Valley Waste Management Agency that the Final Budget Hearings will be conducted at the regular meeting date set for Monday, April 20, 2026 commencing at 1:30p.m., and shall continue until concluded, pursuant to California Government Code Section 29081. Any member of the general public may appear and be heard regarding any item of the budget or for the inclusion of additional items. Any official, whose estimates have been or are proposed to be revised, reduced, or increased, or who desires to change estimates shall be given the opportunity to be heard thereon. All proposals for the increase or inclusion of additional items shall be submitted, in writing, to the Secretary of the Board before the close of the Public Hearing. The 2026-2027 Proposed Budget may be viewed, or a copy obtained, at the office of the Agency, Napa County Administration Building, 1195 Third Street, Suite 101, Napa, California 94559-3035.
