NOTICE THAT ASSESSMENTS LEVIED BY
SAN LUIS WATER DISTRICT ARE DUE AND PAYABLE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 1st day of April, 2026, the assessment books listing each parcel or tract of land within SAN LUIS WATER DISTRICT, and the amounts of assessments assessed on each thereof, were filed with the Tax Collector of said District, as provided for by Section 36726 of an Act of the Legislature entitled California Water District Law, Division 13 of the Water Code of the State of California.
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that said assessments against each such parcel or tract of land within said SAN LUIS WATER DISTRICT became due and payable on said 1st day of April, 2026, to the Tax Collector of said District, said assessment may be paid in two (2) equal installments, the first installment and second installment, if not paid by September 1, 2026, and January 1, 2027, respectively, will become delinquent. That upon delinquency, a penalty of five percent (5%) of the amount delinquent will be added thereto and the delinquent property sold to the District.
