The party believed to claim an interest, Ubaldo Gutierrez Mendez, has been given notice and the time specified for payment in the notice has expired. The undersigned is entitled to a warehouse lien against said mobilehome to satisfy the lien, storage and other related charged incurred including reasonable charges of notice, advertisement and sale.
