REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS FOR RFQ/P NO. 202526(P5) CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE SOUTH EL MONTE HIGH SCHOOL TRACK & FIELD MODERNIZATION PROJECT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO PROSPECTIVE RESPONDENTS that the El Monte Union High School District (District) is requesting submission of statements of qualifications and proposals (together, Response(s)) from qualified firms, (Firm(s)) to perform Construction Management services as needed and directed by the District, for work related to the South El Monte High School Track & Field Modernization Project (Project) up to but not later than, March 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (PST) (RFP Submission Deadline) attention Margarita Sanchez, Director of Purchasing, via email to PURCHASING@EMUHSD.ORG The DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any RFP's or in the solicitation process. Questions regarding this RFQ/P are to be submitted in writing via email ONLY to Margarita Sanchez, Director of Purchasing at purchasing@emuhsd.org and no later than March 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM , as indicated in the RFQ/P Schedule. District will respond to questions presented via addenda to this RFQ/P. FIRMS MUST NOT CONTACT ANY OTHER DISTRICT PERSONNEL DIRECTLY WITH INQUIRIES REGARDING THIS RFQ/P. Interested Firms are invited to submit a Response electronically via email to purchasing@emuhsd.org on or before 10:00 AM on March 23, 2026 .
