The parties believed to claim an interest, Coral Isle Mobile Estates, have been given notice and the time specified for payment has expired. The undersigned is entitled to a warehouse lien against said mobilehome to satisfy the lien, storage and other related charges incurred including reasonable charges of notice, advertisement and sale.
