NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE OF BANK ASSETS AND ASSUMPTION OF BANKLIABILITIESNotice is hereby given that The Miners State Bank, 312 W. Genesee St., Iron River, Michigan 49935 has made application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for its consent to have certain assets sold and liabilities assumed by Zeal Credit Union, 17250 Newburgh Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152. It is contemplated that Zeal Credit Union will purchase substantially all of the assets and assume substantially all of the liabilities of The Miners State Bank following the consummation of the proposed transaction. It is further contemplated that all of the offices of The Miners State Bank will be operated as Zeal Credit Union offices following the consummation of the proposed transaction.Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office, 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60606-3447, no later than March 21, 2026. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the regional office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
