NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FLINT, the selected LLB, will receive bids for the Mill Valley Middle School (Interim Housing) Phase 1, Increments 1 and 2 Project, located in Mill Valley, CA. All bids shall be submitted via Building Connected. A link to Building Connected can be found at https://fIintbuiIders.com/bidding/. Bid Date and Time: 4/16/2026 @ 10:00 AM This is FLINT's project. Prevailing wages shall be provided for all work on this project. Scope of Work for Phase 1 Increment 1: Site demolition of paving & landscaping, rough grading & portable building pad preparation electrical service improvements and installation of underground utilities pot improvements including accessible drop-off and parking. Scope of Work for Phase 1 Increment 2: Placement of PC approved portable classrooms, administration, library, and restroom buildings for interim campus including pc approved decks, ramps & stairs and associated utilities construction of shared decks, ramps & stairs, associated sitework, and fences & gates. Portable buildings are for temporary use only and limited to a maximum use of three years from the date of installation. Scope of Work for Phase 2: This will be bid at a future date. District's Prequalification: All Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection (MEPF) bidders for lease-leaseback projects to be undertaken by the District must be pre-qualified prior to submitting bids. See Front-Ends document in Building Connected for more information. FLINT's Prequalification: Prospective subcontractors interested in working on FLINT's projects are required to complete subcontractor prequalification via Building Connected. The subcontractor shall include in his/her bid all labor, materials, equipment, taxes, and insurance, as required for a complete scope of work and in conformance with the contract documents. The project requires prevailing wages be paid to all on site workers. Work to be performed under the Contract Documents requires a California State License Board Contractor License, consistent with the work to be performed by the Subcontractor and registration with the state Department of Industrial Relations. The Bidder's registration must remain active throughout the term of the Contract.
