NOTICE OF TRUTH ACT COMMUNITY FORUM Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Supervisors’ Chambers, First Floor, Eric Rood Administrative Center, 950 Maidu Avenue, Nevada City, California, the Nevada County Board of Supervisors will hold a public community forum, during a Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors, pursuant to Government Code section 7283.1(d) to provide information to the public about Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) access to individuals and to receive and consider public comment. The Board of Supervisors welcomes you to its meetings; your interest is encouraged and appreciated. If you cannot attend in person, the community forum will be broadcast live on NCTV Comcast Channel 17 in the western County area, and on Suddenlink Channels 17 and 78 in the eastern County area. It can also be viewed live through the web at www.nevadacountyca.gov/boardmeetings and www.YouTube.com/c/CountyofNevadaCA. The Eric Rood Administrative Center and the Board Chamber are both accessible to people with disabilities. Anyone requiring reasonable accommodation to participate in the meeting should contact the Clerk of the Board’s office by calling (530) 265‑1480 at least four days prior to the meeting.
