Request for Qualifications Notice is hereby given that Pacific Grove Unified School District ("District") will receive sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) prior to the date and time stated for the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the award of multiple contracts to provide: On-Going Engineering Services Pacific Grove Unified School District, 435 Hillcrest Ave., Pacific Grove, CA 93950 RFQ documents are available beginning April 9, 2026 on the Pacific Grove USD website at https://www.pgusd.org/Parents--Community/Facilities/BID-OPPORTUNITIES/index.html Pacific Grove Unified School District ("District") requests that engineering services firms focused on the disciplines of civil, structural, mechanical/plumbing, electrical, telecommunications/data, fire protection, commissioning, and other ("Respondents") submit written responses to this RFQ for On-Going Engineering Services. Interested firms may submit a single Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") with more than one engineering discipline. This RFQ is a part of the process for the District's selection and retention of a pool of qualified engineering services firms to provide engineering and related design professional services for Projects assigned by the District. Timely submitted RFQ Responses will be evaluated by a Selection Committee to ascertain the Respondents' respective qualifications, based on the criteria established in this RFQ. SOQs are to be submitted electronically ONLY by 2:00:00 PM (PDT) on April 30, 2026, to Cody Carpino, Director with Brailsford & Dunlavey at email: CCarpino@bdconnect.com. All questions regarding the RFQ should be submitted via email to Cody Carpino at the above address by 4:00:00 PM (PST) on April 23, 2026. The PGUSD Governing Board approval is tentatively scheduled for May 12, 2026. The Owner will not consider or accept any SOQs from Engineers who are not licensed to do business in the State of California, in accordance with the Business and Professions Code sections 6700-6799 of the California Code of Regulations. Engineers must be licensed and shall maintain that license in good standing through Contract Completion.
