NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL QUALIFIED VOTERSof the PASADENA GLEN COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT that a SPECIAL ELECTION will be held on TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2026, in conjunction with the STATEWIDE DIRECT PRIMARY ELECTION, to submit the following measure to the voters: "Shall the measure to maintain and improve Pasadena Glen roads and culverts, by enacting a District special parcel tax at $800 per year for each legal-address property within the District, subject to annual Construction Cost Index ("CCI") adjustments not to exceed 5% annually, generating approximately $52,000 annually; until ended by voters, with all revenues remaining in the District and subject to annual reporting and Board oversight, be adopted?" Under Elections Code Sections 9502 and 9163, arguments for or against the measure must be filed with the: Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk 12400 Imperial Highway, Norwalk, CA 90650 2nd Floor, Room 2013 No later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026 Each argument must not exceed 300 words and must include the signatures of no more than five authors . A signed statement from each author attesting that the argument is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief is also required.
