NOTICE INVITING QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALSNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received at the Central School District office, to the attention of the Director of Child Care, 8316 Red Oak Street, Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730, no later than 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.Specifications for the material and/or services required, and requirements that must be included in the proposal to be submitted, are available on the Central School District’s website at https://www.centralsd.net/page/purchasing. All notifications, updates and addenda will be posted on the District’s website. Respondents shall be responsible for monitoring the website to obtain information regarding any revisions for this solicitation. Failure to respond to required updates may result in a determination of a nonresponsive bid. No respondent may withdraw any proposal for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the opening of bids. All requests for information/clarifications must be submitted, in writing, to CSDBids@csd.k12.ca.us and received no later than 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Please direct all correspondence with the subject line, “RFP No. 26007 CSD EXPANDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM RFP” No other questions or requests for information will be accepted after this date and time. It is each respondent’s sole responsibility to ensure its proposal is timely delivered and received at the location designated as specified above. Any proposal received at the designated location after the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals shall be returned to the respondent unopened.The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the proposal process; and to accept or reject any items thereon.
