Record Searchlight Publication Notice is hereby given that the Bella Vista Water District (the “District”) will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 5:30 pm at Shasta College, Building 1400, Room #1425, Redding, CA, 96003-9510, to consider the adoption of proposed water rate changes. The entire Rate Study is available on the internet at https://www.bvwd.org/rate-study-2026 or you may obtain a copy of the report or ask questions by contacting the office during regular business hours (8 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm Friday), or by attending the public hearing on April 27, 2026, at 5:30 pm. The Board will hear and consider all written and oral protests to the proposed changes to the rate structure and rate increases at the Public Hearing. Written protests may be delivered to the District any time prior, but must be received by the District prior to the close of the public hearing and must identify the property for which the protest is entered and be signed by the protestor. Oral comments at the Public Hearing will not qualify as formal protests unless accompanied by a written protest. 3/11/2026 #12145906
