NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Monterey County Regional Fire District ("District") invites sealed proposals for the following: 1. Addition of air conditioning to the Village Station living quarters; and 2. Modification and addition of a mini-split air conditioning system for the Administrative Conference Room. Separate bids shall be submitted for each project. Bid documents and specifications are available on the District's website at www.mcrfd.org under the "Quicklinks" tab. Sealed proposals will be received by mail or personal delivery at the Monterey County Regional Fire District Administration Office, 19900 Portola Drive, Salinas, California 93908, until 12:00 p.m., on May 6, 2026, at which time submissions will close. Any proposal received after this time will not be accepted. Proposals will be publicly opened and read at 5:00 p.m. on May 6, 2026, at the same location. Representatives of bidders may be present at the opening.
