NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF LIENED PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that SLO City Storage, located at 4075 Santa Fe Road, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, will hold a public auction to satisfy a landlord's lien on the personal property being stored at the address above in the units listed. The sale will be held online at www.storagetreasures.com closing at 10:00 AM on APRIL 29, 2026 Property will be sold to the highest bidder. Deposit for the removal and cleanup will be required. SLO City Storage reserves the right to bid at the sale and to refuse any bid. The property being sold includes contents in spaces of the following tenants. GERSCH, GARY 0714 WYRICK, CHRISTOPHER 2108 HERNANDEZ, BLANCHE 2412 KEENE, ALBERT 3213 MAY, JONAH 5343 SUHOVICH, DIANA 5358 Purchases must be paid for at the time of sale with credit card only. All purchased goods are sold "as is" and must be removed within 48 hours following the sale. Shelving is the property of landlord; do not remove unless authorized.
