PERMIT NUMBER: 23CUP‑00042 APPLICATION FILED:07/30/2025 ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NO.: 129‑010‑036ZONING:AG‑II‑40PROJECT AREA: 15.97PROJECT DESCRIPTION:Applicant:Verizon WirelessProposed Project: New, faux water tower, telecommunication facility, 50-feet in height. The following equipment will be placed on the tower: six 6-foot panel antennas and three 3-foot panel antennas within three sectors, and six remote radio units. The following equipment would be placed on the ground: three equipment cabinets on a new concrete pad, one 400-amp meter bank, one telco cabinet, one ILC panel, one GPS antenna, one transformer, two surge suppressors, one 35-kilowatt backup generator, 500-gallon propone tank, and six service lights. All equipment will be located behind a proposed 6’ tall redwood fence within a 30’ x 30’ equipment enclosure. APPEALS:The decision of the Director of the Planning and Development Department to approve, conditionally approve, or deny this Conditional Use Permit‑Minor 23CUP‑00042 may be appealed to the County Planning Commission by the applicant or an aggrieved person. The appeal must be filed within the 10 calendar days following the date that the Director takes action on this application. To qualify as an "aggrieved person" the appellant must have, in person or through a representative, informed the Planning and Development Department by appropriate means prior to the Director Action of the nature of their concerns, or, for good cause, was unable to do so.
