Two public hearings are scheduled to be held. The first public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at the SJCOG, Inc. Habitat Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC) Meeting at 9:30 a.m. The second public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the San Joaquin Council of Governments Board Meeting at 4:00 p.m. or soon thereafter.
