Vehicle Maintenace Facility (VMF) Boiler Replacement 2026 Project Notice is hereby given that the Truckee Sanitary District (District) calls for Bids to be delivered to the General Manager by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud promptly at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. The Bids shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, tax, transportation, equipment and services necessary for the VMF Boiler Replacement 2026 Project in Truckee, CA. All Work shall be in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents. Bid Documents can be found on the Truckee Sanitary District Website at www.truckeesan.org/district-projects. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 12304 Joerger Drive, Truckee, CA 96161. We ask that bids be e-mailed to bids@truckeesan.org or mailed to Truckee Sanitary District, 12304 Joerger Drive, Truckee, CA 96161. Please note “VMF Boiler Replacement 2026 Project” on the envelope or in the subject line. To be considered in the bid process, the Bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to sections 7000 et seq. of the Business and Professions Code in the following classification(s) throughout the time it submits its Bid and for the duration of the Contract: C-4 – Boiler, Hot Water Heating, and Steam Fitting. All Bidders are hereby notified that the prevailing wage per diem rates must be paid as required by the Labor Code 1770-1785 of the State of California.
