NOTICE OF INTENT TO RELOCATE BRANCH OFFICE Notice is hereby given that Mechanics Bank with a head office located at 1111 Civic Drive, Walnut Creek, California 94596, has filed, with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, an application to move its branch office located at 98-1258 Ka'ahumanu Street, Suite 104, Pearl City, HI 96782 to 98-1277 Ka'ahumanu Street, Suite 114, Aiea, HI 96701. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") at 25 Jessie Street at Ecker Square, Suite 2300, San Francisco, California 94105 before processing of the application has been completed. Processing will be completed no earlier than the 15th day following either the date of the last required publication or the date of receipt of the application by the FDIC, whichever is later. The period may be extended by the regional director for good cause.
