NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY IN RECLAMATION DISTRICT 1660, upon which the call of Assessment for Maintenance of Reclamation 1660 is delinquent: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY Nicholas F. Valencia, County Treasurer of the County of Sutter, State of California, under and pursuant to the provisions of Division 15, Chapter 2, Article 3, and Division 15, Chapter 4, Article 1 of the Water code of the State of California, 40th call of the Second Assessment of the Maintenance of Reclamation District 1660, which was duly and regularly levied by the Board of Trustees of said Reclamation District 1660 on the 14th day of October 2025, is delinquent upon the following described parcels of land situated in Reclamation District 1660, County of Sutter, State of California, and that the following is a description of each of said parcels assessed by parcel number as set forth in the list of Assessment Valuation of said Reclamation District 1660 on file in the office of the County Treasurer on the 10th day of March 1986, and reference is hereby made to said list of Assessment Valuations for further particulars and by such reference, said list of Assessment Valuations is made a part hereof for every purpose; the name of the person to whom each of said respective parcels is assessed, the amount of the delinquent installment together with the penalty of ten percent of the amount of said installment and interest calculated to date, to wit: Parcel No Name To Whom Assessed Assessment Penalty Interest Costs Estimated Cost of Sale 021-100-017-000 Nic Development Partners $25.00 $2.50 $0.38 $600.00 $627.88 021-100-019-000 Nic Development Partners 021-100-020-000 Nic Development Partners NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that each of said parcels of land hereinabove described will be struck off to Nicholas F.
