HARE a/k/a HOWARD ARTHUR HARE, if living; or if Howard A. Hare a/k/a Howard Arthur Hare is dead, then JOHN DOE #1 through #100 and JANE DOE #1 through #100, said names being fictitious and being intended to designate and represent persons unknown who are, or may claim to be, the heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, distributees, grantees, legal representatives, executors, administrators and successors in interest of Howard A. There are no disputes as to the boundary lines between the Property and the adjoining parcels. A deed error resulted in only a portion of the property being conveyed. Howard A. Hare was a grantor when the error occurred and thus has an interest of record. A diligent search for Howard A. Hare a/k/a Howard Arthur Hare has been made, however, same has not definitively determined his whereabouts. It is unknown whether he is dead and if he is dead, his heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, distributees, grantees, legal representatives, executors, administrators and successors in interest are unknown.The legal description is as follows: All that piece, parcel and lot of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Catskill, Greene County, New York, bounded and described generally as follows: Commencing at a corner at an iron pipe driven in the ground, at the junction of the County Road, so-called leading to Cauterskill and the State Road running from Leeds to Cairo; thence running in a northerly direction along the westerly side of said State Road leading to Cairo a distance of one-hundred fifty (150) feet to an iron pipe driven in the ground; thence running in a westerly direction a distance of one hundred (100) feet to an iron pipe driven in the ground; running thence in a southerly direction on a line parallel with said State Road, a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet to an iron pipe driven in the ground in the northerly side of said County Road leading to Cauterskill; running thence in an easterly direction along the northerly boundary line of said County Road leading to Cauterskill a distance of one hundred (100) feet to the point and place of beginning.
