BOX 1338WHITTIER, CA 90609COMMON STOCK ASSESSMENT NO. 370 Notice is hereby given that on Friday, April 17, 2026, the Board of Directors took action to levy Common Stock Assessment No. 370 of $34.00 per share upon all outstanding shares of California Domestic Water Company common stock, effective April 30, 2026 and payable immediately thereafter to: CALIFORNIA DOMESTIC WATER COMPANY15505 Whittier Blvd.P.O. Box 1338Whittier, California 90609 Any shares upon which this assessment remains unpaid as of Friday, May 29, 2026 shall be considered delinquent and subject to a 5% penalty. Unless payment for any such delinquent assessment and accrued penalties is made before 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, the said common stock shares, or so many of said common stock shares as may be necessary, will be sold at auction at California Domestic Water Company’s office, at the foregoing address, on said date and hour to collect the delinquent assessment and accrued penalties.
