CHRISTOPHER BETZ Defendant REVIVER BY PUBLICATION NOTICE TO DEFENDANT/JUDGMENT DEBTOR THIS MATTER coming on before the Court upon the motion of the Plaintiff styled "Motion for Revivor of Judgment," and the Court having read said motion and now being duly apprised in the premises, NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED the Clerk of this Court shall, and is ordered and directed to, issue to Defendant, CHRISTOPHER BETZ, the "Notice to Show Cause Pursuant to CRCP 354(h)" requiring said Defendant to show cause within 14 (fourteen) days from the service of such Notice, pursuant to CRCP 354(h), if any he/she has, why the Judgment heretofore entered in this matter on June 2, 2020 shall not be revived with like force and effect.
