CITY OF CENTRAL, COLORADO– Legal NoticeNotice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Central passed on first reading and set the Public Hearing for Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 6:00 pm on: Ordinance No. 26-05: An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Central, Colorado, amending (rezoning) the boundaries of the Gregory Gulch Gaming Resort Planned Unit Development to include additional property and exclude portions of right-of-way, making such additional property subject to the Gregory Gulch Resort Planned Unit Development Final Development Plan (“FDP”), ratifying Planning Commission's approval of the FDP, and amending the official zoning map.
