Public Notice LUPTON MEADOWS DITCH COMPANY PO Box 305 Ft Lupton, CO 80621 Phone 303 717-0136 The Lupton Meadows Ditch Company a Colorado Corporation has been notified and an official Demand made for the issue of a replacement stock certificate for the following original certificate. Certificate # 615 for seventy-one shares issued to Ronald and Karen Matsushima. Should anyone feel that they have a right or claim of interest or ownership of said Certificate an official notice and claim shall be made with the Company Secretary, Simeon Cantrell, 11016 CR 23, Ft Lupton CO 80621. Such notice shall be made within 30 days of the last publication of this notice which shall be on May 7, 2026. If no Claims have been received by the end of the 30 day period other than by the filer of the original notification, the Company shall issue a replacement certificate and any and all rights under the original certificate shall immediately cease and there can be no further assertions or claims made against the Company with regards to the original certificate.
