NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN COUNCIL TOWN OF ERIE Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:30 PM, or as soon as possible thereafter at the Erie Town Hall Council Chambers, 645 Holbrook Street, Erie, CO 80516, a PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the Town Council to consider adoption of an ordinance to amend Chapter 1 of Title 8 of the Erie Municipal Code to revise the water dedication and fee in lieu of water dedication requirements and to amend Chapter 1 of Title 9 of the Erie Municipal Code to revise the permitting and fee requirements in Section 9-1-2. Any person may appear at the public hearing and be heard regarding the matter under consideration. A copy of the proposed ordinance is on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk.
