NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF TRUSTEES TOWN OF FREDERICK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees will hold a PUBLIC HEARING commencing on Wednesday, May 20th at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be held both in person and virtually To join virtually, please see www.frederickco.gov/civicmedia to access the meeting. The public hearing will be held upon application made by Joshua Huene, 7973 Stroh Road, Parker, CO, 80134; for the purpose of considering the 320 Maple St. Planned Unit Development Zoning Document land use application pursuant to the Codes of the Town of Frederick and applicable State statutes. The affected property is located at 320 Maple Street. The legal description of the property is: Lot 1, Maplewood Subdivision Filing No. Two Amendment A. Interested and affected parties are encouraged to attend. The Board of Trustees will be taking written comments submitted prior to the hearing. Comments submitted prior to 5:00PM on the hearing date listed above will be forwarded with the staff report. During a public hearing, public input can be received.
