NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO THE TOWN OF HOT SULPHUR SPRINGS TOWN CODE, the Board of Trustees for the Town of Hot Sulphur Springs will hold a Public Hearing for the purposes of considering an Ordinance to repeal Title 9, Zoning Regulations and Title 10, Subdivision, and replace said Titles with Title 9, Land Use Regulations of the Municipal Code of the Town of Hot Sulphur Springs and Adopting a new Official Zoning Map of the Town of Hot Sulphur Springs. The Public Hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the Town of Hot Sulphur Springs Town Hall located at 513 Aspen Street, Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado. Any interested party may request copies of the proposed Town of Hot Sulphur Springs Land Use Regulations and Official Zoning Map by contacting Town Hall during normal business hours at (970) 725-3933 or by email at townclerk@townofhss.com prior to the Public Hearing.
