NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE The following personal property of William Lavelle a/k/a Billy Lavelle, All Others in Possession, All Unknown Occupants, if alive, and if dead, all claimants claiming by, through, under or against said persons, whether as spouses, devisees, heirs, beneficiaries, grantees or other claimants, will, on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., at 50 Bay Drive North, Pines Trailer Park, Bradenton Beach, Manatee County, Florida, be sold for cash to satisfy storage fees, and advertising in accordance with Section 715.109, Florida Statutes. Any person and/or entity that purchases the subject mobile home described herein will be required to immediately remove said mobile home from the lot in which it sits, and from Pines Trailer Park altogether, within twenty (20) days from the date of the public sale, or the purchaser's winning bid shall be deemed void and/or invalid.
