LOST & FOUND PROPERTY Located Prior to April 1, 2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lake Mary, Florida in accordance with Florida State Statutes Chapter 705 intends on disposing lost/ abandoned property in one of the following manners: 1. convert and retain the property for use by the City, 2. trade the property to another governmental agency, 3. donate the property to a charitable organization, or 4. declare the property as junk and notify the appropriate refuse removal service. The City of Lake Mary reserves the right to determine the proper and most effective means of disposal. Generally, the type of property to be disposed of includes, but is not limited to, bicycles, tools, cell phones, jewelry, clothing, and other miscellaneous items. The description of items is available for inspection in the lobby of the Lake Mary Police Department, 165 E. Crystal Lake Ave., Lake Mary, Florida. It may also be accessed through the city website; www.lakemaryfl.com All interested persons making claims against said property must show proof of ownership or must be able to identify any markings prior to examination of such property.
