Please call 863-937-5222 to arrange cash payment of $1,210 due in cash on day of sale to redeem motor vehicle or satisfy lien. Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicle without judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917.
