IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO. 2026-CA-002271 DIVISION 39 IN RE: FORFEITURE OF 2019 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO VIN #1C4PJMLX9KD421285 AMENDED NOTICE OF ACTION AND NOTICE OF FORFEITURE To all persons who claim an interest in a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo VIN # 1C4PJMLX9KD421285 seized on or about January 16, 2026, at or near 5905 Caravan Ct., Orlando, Orange Co., FL., said property is in the custody of the Orlando Police Dept (OPD). The only person in actual or constructive possession of the vehicle lacks standing to contest this forfeiture and the prior registered owner of the vehicle disclaimed ownership and signed a disclaimer of ownership. Any owner, entity, bonafide lienholder, or person in possession of the property when seized has the right to request an adversarial preliminary hearing for a probable cause determination from the circuit court within 15 days after initial receipt of notice by sending a written request to the undersigned counsel by certified mail, return receipt requested.
