NOTICE OF INTENT Application for Vacation and Abandonment TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to F.S. 177.101, that North Broward Hospital District d/b/a Broward Health intends to submit an Application for Vacation and Abandonment of a 12' Drainage & Utility Easement to the Broward County Board of County Commissioners, Florida. The legal description of the land to be vacated and abandoned is more specifically described as follows, to wit: ALL OF THE 12 FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE EASEMENT, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10183, PAGE 64 AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 11501, PAGE 547, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A PORTION OF TRACTS 10 AND 11 OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST OF "CHAMBERS LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION" ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 5A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA. SAID EASEMENT NOW PARTIALLY LYING IN PARCEL A, "SUNRISE FINANCIAL CENTER", ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 119, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
