NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROBATE FUNDS DEPOSITED IN COURT REGISTRY Pursuant to 733.816, Fla. Stat., notice is given that unclaimed probate funds remain on deposit in the court registry: Estate of: TERRY GRAY, Deceased; Case number 01- 2023-CP-002767, $11,659.62; BRETT BEVIS, as Personal Representative. Deposited per ORDER PLACING DISTRIBUTIVE SHARE WITH COURT REGISTRY entered on 10/31/2025, on behalf of BRANDON GRAY. Six months after the first publication of this notice, the Clerk of Court shall deposit these funds with the State Treasurer after deducting fees and costs of publication. Within 10 years from the date of deposit with the State Treasurer, any person or legal entity entitled to such funds may obtain same by order of court and compliance with other applicable provisions of 733.816, Fla.
