MINA, as Sheriff of Orange County, Florida, under and by virtue of a Judgment and Writ of Execution, therein issued out of the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, dated the 16 th day of October, 2025, and have levied upon the following described real property, situated, lying and being in Orange County, Florida, to-wit:
Any and all of the right, title and interest of MIDAS AMERICA LLC, a Florida limited liability company , in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
CANDLEWYCK VILLAGE 10/76 LOT 75A; CANDLEWYCK VILLAGE 10/78 LOT 75B also described as Lot 75A and 75B, Candlewyck Village, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10 page(s) 78, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; with a physical address of 1476 and 1478 HENDREN DR., ORLANDO, FL 32807. SUBJECT TO ALL TAXES, JUDGMENTS, LIENS OF RECORD OR OTHER ENCUMBRANCES. PURCHASER TO PAY FOR DEED.

I will offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder at hand for cash on demand the above described property of said defendant, to satisfy said Judgment and Writ of Execution.
