CO-TRUSTEE OF THE BAZEMORE FAMILY TRUST DATED OCTOBER 13, 2022, et al., is/are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell, the Clerk of Court for Orange County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on March 31, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit 608, Phase VI, of the Santuary at Ventura, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium of the Sanctuary, recorded December 27, 1993, in Official Records Book 4672, Page 1353, and as subsequently amended in Official Records Book 4715, Page 2263, Official Records Book 4832, Page 133, and Official Records Book 4850, Page 4677, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
