CITY OF BROOKSVILLE RFP-CD-2026-0007 TOM VARN PARK STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Brooksville is advertising a Request for Proposals for RFP-CD-2026-0007 - Tom Varn Park Streetscape Improvements. The bid will be released on Friday, April 17, 2026. Specifications will be posted on the City of Brooksville’s website, on BidNetDirect and on Euna OpenBids. Sealed responses must include all required documents contained in the request as well as the Bid Form. Sealed and properly identified bid packets will be received by the City up to and including 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 8, 2026 with the bid opening held immediately thereafter. The bid packets must be mailed or delivered to the City of Brooksville’s Procurement Division, 201 Howell Ave., Brooksville, Fl. 34601. The Bid Opening will be held in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, Council Chambers (City Hall), 201 Howell Ave., Brooksville, Fl. 34601. Attendance is encouraged at the pre-bid conference to be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the above location. Questions must be submitted by Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to BidNetDirect or procurement@cityofbrooksville.us. The Bid Evaluation Meeting will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at the above location. The City reserves the right to reject, waive technicalities, and/or negotiate any or all qualifications and procedures.
