Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties, Inc. CDBG-DR White Coral Estates Project Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties, Inc. (HFHLH) is seeking qualified contractors for the White Coral Estates project, a CDBG-DR funded development in Fort Myers, Florida. The project includes the development of approximately 26 single-family homes, including land clearing, land development, and vertical construction. HFHLH is accepting bids from licensed site work, land development, and trade contractors. All work must comply with federal CDBG-DR requirements, including Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) and Section 3. Contractors must be able to submit weekly certified payrolls, maintain compliance documentation, and coordinate inspections and reporting. Preference may be given to Section 3, DBE, MBE, and WBE businesses. All applicable federal, state, and local regulations apply.
