INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that the City of Gainesville, Florida will receive electronic submittals for "NW 45th Avenue Sidewalk (LAP 445573-1-58-01)", ITB #PWDA-260037-SM, starting on May 29, 2026. Only responses (in pdf format), uploaded electronically to OpenGov, before 3:00 p.m. (local time) on June 30, 2026 will be accepted. This platform does not accept late submittals. The solicitation will be publicly opened within OpenGov via a Zoom meeting, refer to Section 3. of bid. The City utilizes OpenGov.com to perform bid notification and document fulfillment, and e-bidding. Interested bidders may download our solicitations for free, but you must register with OpenGov.com (www.opengov.com). For additional information please contact the Procurement and Contracts Management Division at (352) 334- 5021. Pursuant to the City's Procurement Administrative Guidelines, B. The Bid Process, 7. Prohibition of Lobbying in Procurement Matters, the Cone of Silence period is in effect until the contract is awarded (including City Commission approval, if required). "Violation of this provision shall result in disqualification..."
