Request for Proposal City of Key West will receive proposal for the following RFP Name RFP 26-009 Monitoring of Debris Removal and Related Services RFP Opening May 12, 2026 @ 3:00PM RFP Location Office of the City Clerk, 1300 White St., Key West, FL 33040 This project may be funded, in whole or in part, with federal disaster assistance funds, including but not limited to funds provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance Program, and any contract resulting from this solicitation shall be subject to all applicable federal laws, regulations, and requirements, including the procurement standards set forth in 2 CFR Part 200 and the applicable contract provisions required under Appendix II to Part 200. Documents may be requested from DemandStar @ www.demandstar.com or call 800.711.1712 or @ www.cityofkeywest-fl.gov. All responses must be received on or before the date and time specified. The City of Key West reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any and all responses and to waive informalities or irregularities when it is in the best interest of the City.
